MAJOR delays at the entrance to Gatwick Airport from the M23 have caused travel chaos for holidaymakers.
Gatwick Airport Spur was closed while an Air Ambulance landed this morning with traffic queuing along the motorway.

the road reopened shortly before 9am, but those travelling to the airport continued to be warned of major delays.
Highways England reported that vehicles were being held between Junction 9 and 9A while the air ambulance was on the scene.
The closure was due to a "medical emergency incident".
The airport has tweeted to say all flights are departing on time.
